HOLOGRAM SECURITY MARKING
There has been an explosive increase over the past decade in product piracy, counterfeiting, forgery of documents, ID's, and passes, and the distribution of grey-market goods ... and until recently, there have been relatively few preventive measures available that significantly reduce this serious threat to your company's livelihood or security. Enter embossed and hotstamping holograms ... the ultimate protection against theft and fraud. Given that counterfeiters inherently select the path of least resistance, encountering a security hologram will frequently cause them to abandon their efforts to copy your product, ID badge/pass, etc. and move on to easier targets. As a result, the use of hologram security devices virtually guarantees product and credential authenticity.

With so many options, the proven protection afforded by holograms, and the technology formats to fit almost any budget, Seals & Engravables security holograms are the clear choice to protect your product and/or service.

Our Hologram Security Marking can be used for a wide range of applications eg. Alcohol and Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Food supplements, Petroleum, Lubricants, Cosmetics, Clothing, Automobiles and Luxury Items.

SANDBLASTING
Sandblasting is a method for carving the surface of a material, particularly glass and stone using pressured air to propel sand in a controlled way so that glass may be sculpted away.

The artwork which is from an original with images, patterns or designs of differing dephts is computer-cut and applied to the glass then blasted with a pressurized stream of sand to texture the areas that are unprotected. Once the desired depth has been achieved on the item being blasted, the material is removed and the surface can also be painted.

Any customized images, logos or text can be sandblasted.

SIGNAGE
Signage displays verbal, symbolic, tactile, and pictorial information. Any internal or external device providing identification, advertising, or directional information for a specific school, business, service, product, person, organization, place, or building. Included in this definition may be graphic devices such as logos, attention-attracting media such as banners or logo sculptures, and obtrusive colored fascia or architectural elements.

Our signs are made from various types of material including, vinyl, wood, marble, metal etc.

LASER ENGRAVING
Laser Engraving is where your logo, images and text are digitized then lasered into hard surfaces such as wood, metal or glass etc.

There are many advantages to laser engraving over more conventional methods. Using a beam of light as a tool, engraving by laser produces a non-contact mark which results in less wear and tear on tooling and associated costs. There is also less chance for product damage and/or deformation. There are also no consumables and no problems disposing of toxic by-products, as there may be with some methods.

Laser engraving produces a mark that is crisp, clean and permanent. Lasers are also faster than many conventional methods of product imprinting, providing greater versatility in material choices. Also, the same machine can cut through thin materials as well as engrave on them.

The engraving system is connected to a computer via a parallel printer cable. A machine driver, provided with the machine, is installed into the PC. The process is much like adding a printer to your computer. Artwork is generated on the PC in a graphics program much like CorelDRAW (other products are used as well) or artwork is scanned in via a scanner, and then cleaned up as necessary.

COMPUTERIZED ENGRAVING
Computerized Engraving is a printing process whereby images such as copy or art are etched onto a plate. This is achieved by cutting the surface of metal by the use of sharp tools, called gravers, which remove small amounts of metal.

Designs, logos, images or text are vectorized in the computer and then printed to the engraver, since this is a computerized processed any customized artwork can be engraved on hard surfaces.
